great crackers lousy shipping

bought 16, 5oz, boxes of sourdough twice baked crackers for shipping from factory because can't find them locally any longer.
As always crackers are great, however, more than 50% were broken in half or quarters or worse.
The shipping box was not packed with material to prevent cracker boxes from bouncing around so naturally when the shipping box is thrown around by shippers the cracker boxes where thrown even more. Had the factory properly packed the cracker boxes in the shipping box with fill the result would likely be 50% less breakage. Truly 10-15% were crumbs, 1/8 - 1/4 inch or smaller. Won't be ordering again.

Sour dough crackers

I was excited when I found these crackers at the store. And they are really good. My only problem.... they were all broken into pieces. In the whole box, there was maybe 10 crackers that survived. The rest were just pieces. I’d love to serve these with a cheese board, but the appearance wouldn’t work. Highly recommend if it’s just you eating them out of the box.

I just want to thank the people who perfectly crafted these crackers. These are the best crackers I have ever tasted and I have tasted a good amount of crackers in my life. They pair perfectly with some cheese and fruit. Even alone they are amazing. Delightful, crunchy, and flavorful with every bite. With just the perfect amount of salt. These crackers are superior.
