My Mother is now 89 years old and lives in assisted living in TN. As a younger woman, she lived in Northern CA and her favorite food in the entire world is your sourdough bread. I remember visiting your San Francisco location several times growing up myself. I sent her an order for Mother's Day and REALLY made her day. It was delivered to her door last Friday, right on time! The sourdough bread is always wonderful but I would like to see a different delivery carrier. Product delivered the 2nd day but not until 7:30pm and it was delivered to my neighbors house!! Not the 1st time this has happened.

I have a tremendous Gluten sensitivity but I was shocked to have been able to have this bread on 3 different occasions in the same week and I did just fine. It's delicious, nutritious and works without being offensive. It's sad that there is so much out there called food that bothers people when eaten, not this bread!

After visiting SF last summer, we have tried every sourdough loaf available in the Dallas area, but none have the light crumb, chewy crust and flavorful tang of Boudin. Our delivery arrived a day before it was promised, in perfect condition. We reheated one loaf according to instructions and were culinarily transported back to Fisherman's Wharf. We're trying to ration ourselves on the remainder of the loaves in the freezer, but will definitely be ordering again soon.

I have such great memories of Boudin's sourdough bread from living near San Fran to visiting as an adult. I ordered some for my extended family but the crust is not as golden and crunchy as it used to be. Not sure if that's a shipping across the country issue or it's changed, but we were a bit disappointed.

Love this bread. It's the best! But I'm Diabetic and have requested Boudin to also make it in Wheat. I purchase it anyway, but it isn't as healthy for me as Wheat. It could be made the same with Whole Wheat too!

I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area back in the 70s and 80s, and this is the bread I bought. There was nothing like packing it for a picnic and going up the wine country to spend the day.

I periodically have Boudin send me loaves of sour dough bread when I'm having a dinner party. I just cannot get that kind of quality of sour dough from any of my local stores. So when I ordered a box of bread, that is flown via USP Air within two days, I was again excited to see it arrive. At a brunch tomorrow, I'm serving San Francisco Cioppino and you can't eat that with just any old grocery store bread. If you're going to spend the time to make Cioppino, you have to serve it with the best, BOUDIN SOUR DOUGH BREAD!!

Boudin SourDough is so good I have it shipped to North Carolina a dozen loaves at a time. Friends and family know it is a special event when a loaf is present on the table. Samdwiches, toasted, grilled, broiled, dipped, or just served with butter or cheese; nothing beats a loaf of Boudin! It is my pleasure to teach the east coast what real sourdough should taste like.
