I ordered this bread alligator for my daughter who goes to the University of Florida where the mascot is an alligator. She loved it. I also shipped her some olive oil and seasoning dips at the same time. I had to contact customer service a couple of time regarding the gift message and the ingredients in the bread alligator. Honestly, I contacted them more than I normally would for something like this and they were extremely nice and helpful and didn't make me feel like a pain in the you know what.
