This product did not arrive on time. I called the store to ask what happened and they explained that the fires in California prevented them from getting the product to Florida on time. She said you are not responsible for "acts of God."

I send this package of sour dough and salami to my son in Louisiana since he says he can't find good sour dough bread anywhere. And he's so happy to have such a wonderful San Francisco "treat ". It does take awhile to receive it that I do get a little anxious. The email said it would be delivered on Friday but he didn't get it until the next Tuesday. But I will continue to send this to him as I have since he was in college.

Loved this product except by the time the package arrived all of the cooling pads in the package were hot rather then cold. This make us worried about the cheese. However after testing it we found that the cheese was not spoiled.
