Very good rolls but I am wondering if there are lower and higher levels of “sour dough”. We ate at Fog Harbor Fish House and the sour dough bread was delicious is it the same as the rolls?

This bread is the heart of Boudin. I first started getting it in 1964, at the 10th and Geary shop. I worked across the street, the whole bank enjoyed it.
