As a Bay Area native now in Washington I miss this bread. I buy it every time we visit. The creator of this bread Master Baker Fernando creates a masterpiece. Besides original sourdough this is a must. Cut bread in half and stuff with Brie cheese and grill. OMG!

Pure Genius

We call this Genius Bread. Order it sliced in store. Then for breakfast, toast in toaster oven,serve with a bit (not too much) butter. Combination of sourdough bread, with tangy raisins and sweet chocolate bits - yummy.
