This is very good! The sourdough cubes are amazing!
The directions should be updated in Step 2 to sauté until onions and celery are translucent.
There should also be a suggestion to add additional sage and thyme if preferred for more flavor.

I bought this stuffing at Costco for Thanksgiving last year. Everyone LOVED it and there were no leftovers! I was disappointed when I tried to buy it again at Costco for Thanksgiving this year, but they don't have it. I found it on Amazon and it should arrive tomorrow...very excited!
